Annual Meeting & Picnic – Date Change and Details

Important Update: Please note that the RRGSA annual business meeting has been rescheduled from Thursday to Saturday, July 19th.

Here’s the schedule for the day:

11:00 AM: Business Meeting

Noon: Picnic and Festivities Begin

Join us for a wonderful day filled with community spirit, delicious food, and fun activities! The picnic will feature live music to set a festive mood and a highly anticipated cake and pie raffle where members and guests can win some delightful homemade treats.

This event is a fantastic opportunity to mingle with fellow members, enjoy some friendly competition for those scrumptious raffle prizes, and celebrate the club’s accomplishments. It’s a day to relax, connect, and have fun with friends old and new.

Please bring your favorite dish or dessert to share. Family and friends are welcome to attend this community event. This event is open to all members and non-members.
